EquipmentWatch just released the January 2023 Market Report. After a year of relatively steady (but still high) prices, average values for all equipment types indicate that there may be reason for optimism.

Some notable highlights:

• Average FMV decreased by at least 4% month-over-month for all equipment types, the biggest decline seen all year.
• Activity in the Construction market rebounded compared to November 2021 levels.
• 2022 models were the most prevalent model year sold on the Agriculture resale channel.
