Search 2.0 – Our Biggest App Update To Date Is LIVE!

We’re the first to admit it – Search 2.0 has been in the works for some time. Well, good friends, the time to launch has come. The entirely overhauled EquipmentWatch search experience is here!

Our teams are dedicated to being more customer-focused than ever. To ensure this, we began having more personal customer conversations. Through those, our teams identified several areas of improvement with the past EquipmentWatch user experience. Search 2.0 is our way of addressing this feedback.

Search 2.0 is a complete facelift of the EquipmentWatch web app you knew so well. It’s a total overhaul for both the UI and UX, designed with customers top of mind at every step of development to create the best platform possible.

In preparation for launch, we’ve maintained an open line of communication with our customers over the past several weeks. This took place in the form of emails, product blog updates, training resources, and more. Find many of those resources below.
